We hired Mansa for my move from Ottawa back to Toronto. They made the move a hassle free experience. Moussa and Lewis arrived on time (travelling from Toronto to Ottawa) and did not cut any corners despite the long commute. They were professional and took great care to protect the items. Despite the commute and moving a two bedroom apartment, Moussa and Lewis were able to transport the items back to Toronto before 5pm. We intend to use them again for our next move.

I didn't get insurance due to the reviews despite having a 3 bedroom home packed and stores. The guys had great personalities however 3 televisions weren't even wrapped with one broke, many antique glass items also not wrapped and broken, my refrigerator had to be replaced, the dryer door glass was broken and I didn't open a box without finding something either broken or crushed. Furniture had been taped that wrapped off paint. Large glass picture frames broken and canvases torn because of the way they were stored with large items on top. Also brand new purple paint and walls chipped and dented. They have not settled with me as yet!

When planning a move, it's hard to decide which is the best moving company to choose. Especially when you are trying to figure out. how much time it is going to take. Alhamdulillah, I'm very happy to have made the right choice with Mansa Movers. They were thoroughly and always available to talk when planning. They even sent me multiple emails with reminders, which seemed like a lot of respect, but after the move, it was extremely awesome outstanding, wonderful they did, The day of the move, Mr. Edwin and Mr. Isaac was awesome phenomenal. They came in with a positive attitude, really hard work ethic, and they were amazing. They kept working and working and took care to make sure everything was safe. Really nice guys, They took apart my Bed, Crib, Dining Table, Shelves, and Sofa and things and were able to package things securely, which was very important. They worked tirelessly and worked themselves to the bone - I was really impressed that they were able to do this all day and still stay positive with smile on thier faces. Thanks to you guys for the hard work and making a stressful move easier. I would strongly recommend everyone this Mansa Moving Company for their moves. The great movers and service in all over GTA. Edwin, David, and Isaac were fantastic! We moved from Quebec to Ontario. It was a long day of moving because we had so much stuff! My mom moved with Mansa last week, it was a great experience. They were fast, friendly and went above and beyond. Dwight was great in setting things up and Kevin and Carmelo were awesome. Steer clear of Mansa Movers unless you're looking for a case study in incompetence, deception, and sketchy business practices. Our experience was a disaster from the get-go, punctuated by their flagrant disregard for professionalism and honesty.They did manage to show up on time, which, unfortunately, was the high point of the service. The movers balked at parking in the designated moving area of our large condo building—a spot specifically designed for large cargo trucks. Their excuse was discomfort, which is laughable considering a competitor of theirs had smoothly completed another move in the same building with a similarly 26-ft sized truck just 25 minutes before their arrival. The real issue was clearly their inexperience, not the parking situation.The supposed 2.5-hour journey, claimed to be prolonged by a phantom inspection stop and a quick errand for gas at Petro Canada, was actually a leisurely detour to Montana’s Bar and Grill. An GPS tracker hidden in our items exposed their lie; the "inspection stop" was a fabricated tale to cover up their staff's irresponsible break. Their provided "GPS data" and "inspection reports" were as credible as a three-dollar bill, clearly manipulated to fit their narrative.Adding insult to injury, Mansa Movers had the audacity to suggest we pay in cash to dodge taxes, revealing the shady underbelly of their operation. This wasn’t just a red flag; it was a glaring neon sign of their untrustworthiness.Their response to the damages incurred during the move—a damaged antique coffee table and 2 other items—was insultingly insincere. Initially trying to shift blame onto us, which was extremely aggressive and unecessary, they only acknowledged responsibility when cornered, with a half-hearted offer to process a claim that felt more like a slap in the face than a genuine attempt at rectification.In essence, Mansa Movers is a masterclass in how to run a moving scam, marked by delays, deceit, destruction, and dodgy tax suggestions. Their service was an absolute mockery of the term "professional," and their business practices belong in a cautionary tale, not in the moving industry. If you value your belongings, time, and integrity, avoid Mansa Movers at all costs. Spend a bit more money on a reputable mover and save the headache. The only thing positive with this experience is learning the cheapest option is not the best option.

Where to being.We were very exited to utilize Mansa Movers initially because of their great online reviews. But it was an absolute nightmare.We utilized 2 of their members, one David (I unfortunately forget the name of the very hardworking gentleman who was with him).They arrived on time but caused a 1.5 hour delay at pick up condo building because they didn’t want to park at the normal loading dock. It took 2.5 hours for them to arrive at our drop off house (normal 1h 15 min)— we had an AirTag in one of our boxes which showed the crew at Montana’s Bar and Grill.I had a very nice marble coffee table that theySaran wrapped and carried by the legs, which tore the screws and part of the marble so it is broken.While unpacking items a picture frame was noticed broken as well as a small table— but David, from the crew, said that it was us who broke it while cutting the wrap off and it wouldn’t have happened during the transport?Then they suddenly stopped working stated they wouldn’t unload anymore of the truck until an invoice/method of payment was established. Multiple cell phone brakes by David while unloading. So we are very frustrated with the time it took, the lack of accountability, the delay for their own lunch while charging us hourly.The goal was to pay movers their rate of pay to ease the stress of moving for us, but unfortunately was a nightmare experience.I recognize we are all human, and have off days, so I’m hoping that maybe this was just one of those days for David.
