They tell me the day I'm moving out of province my stuff would not all fit in the truck and that was after one of the owners came to my home to survey how much I had and suggested 28 ft truck. I had to get a second truck at my expense and pay for 2 more guys or they would leave my belongings behind. I had no choice. That cost me an additional 5 grand.....THEY PLAYED ME REAL GOOD ...SCAM ARTISTSWow they commented and blamed me. How can you blame me when your owner came to my house. I showed him every closet..the 10 small boxes under the stairs. It was all packed in the living and dining room. He didn't have a problem asking me how much I got for my house and how much did I budget for the move. At one point he said you might need a Trailer so why did he then tell me 28ft truck will do fine. The dufuss in customer service agreed with him. THEY PLAYED ME GOOD FOLKS. IM 72 YEARS OLD AND THEY DECIEVED MEMY SON WOULD LIKE TO MEET THEM!!

Inaccurate, unprofessional and inefficient. A 4 bedroom home took 14hrs to move. The people on site were overworked, understaffed and slowed down as naturally no human being can be productive for 14hrs. The company justified this by saying we discounted sometime of work due to the inaccurate estimations and delays.The unprofessional behaviour and hustling is when their staff on site(who have seen locations and items) invoice prior to the completion of the move, reason being that their office closes. They take the payment based on an estimate made by the team lead who is supposed have the knowledge and experience to get the job done but ends up hustling for additional payment as they under deliver and aren’t able to meet the time. A tactical malpractice to add more hours.They really need to consider having staff who are efficient or rotate the movers and make sure all invoicing is done by the office at the end and not midway with false/incorrect details.Would not recommend unless you have a studio or very less moving to do.

Thanks to Anthony and Carmelo for the great job moving all my stuff from brampton to vaughn. These guys showed up on time and were very professional.sorry for the couches guys I know they are heavy. These guys are great and would recommend them for all your moving needs.

BUYER BEWARE: the standard insurance these guys offer is a farce and will NOT adequately remedy any damage to your possessions. How do I know? Because they carelessly jammed my $5000 custom leather sofa into their truck and tore a flap off the side. Compensation is capped at $0.60 per pound PER ITEM meaning a 200-lb couch is insured for $120 REGARDLESS OF VALUE. It couldn't be repaired so I have a permanent reminder of these clowns in my living room. Oh by the way you have 10 days to file a claim. Moving is chaotic and everything is wrapped in plastic! On the 12th day I realized they also damaged a play kitchen, a desk, a futon and a bookshelf. Sucks to be me! Consider moving with another company that will take better care of your stuff and/or better compensate for their failures. Oh and lastly their old truck leaked oil all over my old AND new driveways. LOOK ELSEWHERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR POSSESSIONS !!!

I had an amazing moving experience with Mansa Movers. Kevin amd Carmelo did a great job making sure that all our stuff are properly secured, wrapped and moved. While unloading as well they made sure all the stuff are properly arranged. Will definitely use them in all our future movings.

The men from this company were absolutely amazing. They are so personable and make you feel so comfortable. Kevin, Carmelo and Samuel were absolutely amazing with the kids as well! We moved about 6 hours away and hired Mansa Movers to help. Kevin, Sam, and Carmelo were the absolute best. If Carmelo challenges you to a game of Tetris, you decline. He will win based on those packing skills!Our move was thrown off when our house didn't close and we had to extend a day. These guys took care of our belongings and made a special accommodation for us. We appreciate you guys.Sorry you had to take the piano up and down all those stairs.Thanks again for all your help. From speaking with Dwight to arrange moving my upright grand piano to finding out they could assist with moving my whole house, this was such a great way to move from not just one but two places! The guys were fast, polite, professional and were so quick at completing the work in a timely manner. We hired Mansa for my move from Ottawa back to Toronto. They made the move a hassle free experience. Moussa and Lewis arrived on time (travelling from Toronto to Ottawa) and did not cut any corners despite the long commute. They were professional and took great care to protect the items. Despite the commute and moving a two bedroom apartment, Moussa and Lewis were able to transport the items back to Toronto before 5pm. We intend to use them again for our next move.

I didn't get insurance due to the reviews despite having a 3 bedroom home packed and stores. The guys had great personalities however 3 televisions weren't even wrapped with one broke, many antique glass items also not wrapped and broken, my refrigerator had to be replaced, the dryer door glass was broken and I didn't open a box without finding something either broken or crushed. Furniture had been taped that wrapped off paint. Large glass picture frames broken and canvases torn because of the way they were stored with large items on top. Also brand new purple paint and walls chipped and dented. They have not settled with me as yet!
