Absolutely incredible experience with Mansa Movers!We recently moved from Montreal to Toronto, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team—Edwin, Anthony, Juan, and Carmelo were outstanding from start to finish. These guys worked an unbelievable 21 hours straight, and somehow kept the same energy, professionalism, and positive attitude the entire time. Always smiling, always focused. Dwight, who coordinated the move, was also very helpful and available for questions and clarifications.On top of moving everything, they also carefully packed and boxed over 120 boxes (kitchenware, shoes, clothes, Christmas decorations, and more), which made a huge difference and took so much stress off our shoulders.They handled a full 3-bedroom home move, including a dining room, living room, playroom, basement, a piano, and even 6 keyboards—everything was moved efficiently, carefully, and without a single scratch or damage. Not an easy job by any stretch, but they made it look effortless.If you’re looking for movers who are hardworking, reliable, and genuinely care about your belongings, this is the team. Highly, highly recommend!

Javier, Carmelo and Edwin did a 120% amazing job with helping me and my family move. They were very fast and efficient as well as taking good care of all of our items, they did not damaging any of them treating them with care! Used Mansa Movers about two weeks ago on a Saturday morning and honestly, pretty smooth experience. The crew (I think one guy was named Sam) showed up on time, wrapped everything really carefully, and didn’t rush or complain. Truck was clean, no weird smells. Took a bit longer waiting for the condo elevator, but they handled it. Nothing damaged. Would use them again for sure.

We had a terrific moving experience with Mansa.On the day of the move Toronto was as hit with almost 40cm of snow. The team had to make two trips, wait a few hours for keys to be available at the new house, and we had large items in the basement and back yard. Despite all of this the team had amazing energy, worked extremely hard and efficiently, and remained polite, friendly, and positive. Never once complained.Mansa is the third moving company we’ve used and they were by far the most efficient and hard working AND all during adverse conditions.Highly recommended!

Inquired about an estimate 5 days before my move and kept being told oh we'll get back to you with an estimate soon. 5 days later after my move still no estimate lol. Bad business, didn't even bother reaching out or keeping me updated.

Anthony, James and Carmelo were friendly and pleasant to work with The job had to be done in two loads and there was a delay in possession of my new house. The packing up and delivery of my second load was less than satisfactory. Belongings that should have been put in the house are in the garage. Items were put in the living room that should have been put upstairs. A shelf unit arrived broken, house plants were put in the garage in freezing temperatures and they left items behind. I had to arrange for a neighbour to hold onto the items till I can pick them up and packed my car full of other stuff I didn’t want left behind like a steam cleaner, Dyson vacuum and records. I did have to leave behind a walker and an expensive portable A/C unit because there was no room in my car. I had to leave behind a fridge that I was purchasing from a neighbour. As a result, I had to throw out food from my freezer - no where to store them.I now have to hire someone to clean up the mess they left in my garage and organize it. I understand it was a long day and a heavy job but there isn’t any reason for the sloppiness at the end of the day because you want to get home. As getting close to being an elderly person, I now have double the work unpacking and organizing my new home on my own. Moving is stressful but this experience has left me disappointed, exhausted and overwhelmed.Update: Mansa Movers reached out to rectify the issues I experienced. They offered to pick up the items left behind. Thanks to a great neighbour and understanding new owner, I now have all of my belongings. Furniture was moved from the garage into the house into the right room.I am thankful that amends were made, however, overall I was not satisfied with this move. I still have to hire someone to organize my garage.

We usually handle our own moves, but with a major home renovation and needing to move items from multiple locations — our storage units, in-laws, and our own homes — we decided to hire Mansa Movers. Dwight was incredibly helpful over the phone, provided an accurate quote, and reassured us that our freshly painted walls and belongings would be well cared for.Anthony and Carmello arrived promptly at our first location and were absolutely fantastic. They worked quickly and efficiently — what would normally take us six hours was done in just one! From there, we continued to the rest of our locations and managed to complete our entire move within five hours. They moved large appliances, placed every piece of furniture exactly where we wanted it in our new home, and made sure everything arrived safely.Both were extremely kind, professional, and respectful — they treated our belongings with care and our home with consideration. Excellent service all around. We’ll definitely use Mansa Movers again and highly recommend them for any move, especially when you want a team that’s efficient, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond.

They were polite and friendlyWe did have a small issue with the size of one of the trucks but we were compensated and it worked out. Watch out...they can rip you off. There is another review which describes the exact same situation if you scroll down. Watch out for this company...if they can find a way to rip you off they will . Dont trust them.They tell me the day I'm moving out of province my stuff would not all fit in the truck and that was after one of the owners came to my home to survey how much I had and suggested 28 ft truck. I had to get a second truck at my expense and pay for 2 more guys or they would leave my belongings behind. I had no choice. That cost me an additional 5 grand.....THEY PLAYED ME REAL GOOD ...SCAM ARTISTSWow they commented and blamed me. How can you blame me when your owner came to my house. I showed him every closet..the 10 small boxes under the stairs. It was all packed in the living and dining room. He didn't have a problem asking me how much I got for my house and how much did I budget for the move. At one point he said you might need a Trailer so why did he then tell me 28ft truck will do fine. The dufuss in customer service agreed with him. THEY PLAYED ME GOOD FOLKS. IM 72 YEARS OLD AND THEY DECIEVED MEMY SON WOULD LIKE TO MEET THEM!!

The movers we got were inefficient (for example, lifting boxes by hand instead of using a dolly on the neat stack that I had prepared for them), so it was a good thing we weren’t moving the entire contents of our household.we were only moving about half of our stuff, but it still took them three hours of a maximum four hour window for our moving elevator.Our king bed frame wasn’t put back together properly and the drawers don’t open and close smoothly.They do wrap everything which is time consuming, but the good news is that nothing seems to be damaged so if that’s what you’re looking for then this is the company for you .Even though we paid for four wardrobe boxes, we only got three, which was a major pain because I had to shove everything in rather than have it all hanging neatly .I won’t personally be using this company again, but I suppose if you don’t have too much to move and you’d like everything wrapped then it would be fine .
